5–7 Days Money-Back Guarantee (Zero Credit Utilization)
We are committed to delivering genuine value. If you subscribe to any paid plan on AI Backend Builder and have not utilized any credits (0 credits consumed), you are eligible for a refund processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that third-party payment gateway transaction and convenience fees (charged by payment gateway and banking aggregators) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
1Eligibility Criteria & Zero-Credit Condition
To qualify for a refund under our 5–7 days money-back guarantee:
- Zero Credits Consumed: The refund is applicable only if the user has not utilized any AI generation credits (0 credits used from the purchased plan).
- Timeline: The refund request must be submitted within 5 to 7 calendar days from the date of the original payment transaction.
- Valid Transaction: The payment must have been processed through our authorized payment gateway.
- Account Status: The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
2Payment Gateway Convenience Fee Deduction
When a transaction is executed, our third-party payment gateway and banking partners levies a non-reimbursable payment processing fee / convenience charge (typically between 2% to 3% plus applicable GST).
Important Deduction Note:
Because payment gateways do not refund transaction processing fees incurred during initial checkout, this mandatory gateway convenience fee percentage will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance (100% of the net subscription fee) will be credited directly to your original payment source.

5Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your recurring monthly or annual subscription at any time without any cancellation fees:
- Cancellation can be performed via your account settings dashboard or by emailing support@aibackendbuilder.com.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew at the next billing cycle.
- You retain full access to your plan features and remaining credits until the end of your current prepaid billing period.
